Webflow Developer (Remote, Ad-hoc / T&M) Location: Remote Employment type: Ad-hoc cooperation, Time & Materials (not full-time) Company: International digital & software agency (Canada, US and EU clients) About the role We are looking for a Webflow Developer for ad-hoc, time-and-materials cooperation. This is not a full-time position. Tasks are assigned on a per-project / per-task basis, depending on incoming client needs.
You will work on modern marketing and corporate websites for clients in Canada, the USA, and Europe, focusing on custom Webflow builds, improvements, and ongoing support. Responsibilities * Build and update websites in Webflow based on Figma designs * Implement responsive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile) * Work with Webflow CMS, components, symbols, and interactions * Fix layout, styling, and interaction issues * Optimize pages for performance, accessibility, and basic SEO * Integrate third-party tools (forms, analytics, embeds, marketing tools) * Maintain and improve existing Webflow websites * Collaborate with designers and project managers on specific tasks
Requirements * 3+ years of hands-on Webflow experience * Strong understanding of Webflow structure, CMS, and interactions * Good knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript is a plus) * Experience working with Figma designs * Understanding of responsive design and UX principles * Ability to work independently and meet agreed timelines * English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have * Experience with advanced Webflow interactions and animations * SEO-friendly Webflow builds * Experience with marketing websites and landing pages * Previous work with international clients
