Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team and drive the development of our next-generation AI voice products.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of features. From front-end interfaces to building robust back-end services. You will work primarily with modern web technologies and frameworks, developing scalable applications and APIs that integrate our state-of-the-art voice synthesis engine.
As a senior engineer, you will have significant influence over architectural decisions and will collaborate closely with the Product Manager, AI/ML researchers, and audio engineers to deliver new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain web application features end-to-end, including responsive user interfaces and server-side logic. * Make high-level architecture and technology decisions, ensuring the platform is scalable, maintainable, and secure. Evaluate modern frameworks and tools to implement best-in-class solutions. * Build and consume RESTful (and/or GraphQL) APIs to integrate with Respeecher’s core voice engine and third-party services. Ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end components. * Work closely with our AI team to integrate LLMs and generative AI capabilities into the platform (for example, incorporating AI-driven voice generation features or intelligent assistants within the app). * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot) to boost productivity, while maintaining full ownership and accountability for the code quality and correctness. Conduct code reviews and uphold best practices in testing, CI/CD, and documentation. * Optimize application performance for handling large scale audio and image/video data and real-time processing. Implement monitoring, error handling, and debug complex issues to ensure a reliable user experience. * Collaborate in an agile environment with cross-functional teams. Work closely with designers, product managers, and AI researchers to translate product requirements into technical solutions. Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team. * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies (web, cloud, AI) and drive continuous improvements. Prototype and experiment with new features or tools that could enhance the platform or development workflow.
Qualifications & Skills * 6+ years of software development experience with a focus on full-stack web development. Proven experience taking projects from concept to production. * Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and SPA development, including state management (Redux or alternatives) and working with component libraries. Experience with TypeScript is a strong plus. * Ready to work with Python and experience with web frameworks (such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI). * Solid understanding of building scalable REST APIs, database design (SQL or NoSQL), and server-side application logic. * Demonstrated ability to design complex systems and make architectural decisions (microservices, modular monolith, cloud architecture, etc.). Experience with designing systems that are scalable, secure, and maintainable. * Hands-on experience integrating external APIs and services. Familiarity with authentication methods (OAuth, JWT), web sockets, and real-time data processing is beneficial. * Strong exposure to LLMs and generative AI technologies and their APIs is necessary. Comfort working with data scientists or ML engineers to deploy AI-driven features. Interest or experience in audio/speech processing is a big plus. * Proficiency with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows. Experience using containers (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployment is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. * Experience using AI-powered coding tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance productivity. Ability to leverage these tools while ensuring code quality and correctness through thorough review and testing. * Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Ability to take full ownership of tasks and deliver solutions independently. A track record of delivering features end-to-end and an attitude of accountability for results. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote and diverse team. Comfortable discussing requirements with non-technical stakeholders and mentoring team members. * A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but equivalent strong and demonstrated practical experience is absolutely fine.
