Requirements
✦ Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
✦ Previous experience (1+ years) as a Recruiter in the IT or tech industry
✦ Solid experience in conducting interviews and managing the full recruitment cycle
✦ Successful experience in closing positions
✦ Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and working with platforms like LinkedIn, Djinni, and Dou
✦ Strong relationship-building skills and ability to handle candidate objections
✦ Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
✦ Self-motivated team player, comfortable working independently
✦ Experience with ATS/HRM systems
Responsibilities
✦ Source and attract global talents, working closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create effective hiring strategies
✦ Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate soft skills and motivation
✦ Manage candidate pipelines through ATS and other recruitment tools, ensuring thorough documentation of the recruiting process
✦ Use diverse sourcing methods to find exceptional candidates across various regions and platforms
✦ Maintain and nurture a talent pool for current and future openings
✦ Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth candidate journey through the hiring process
✦ Monitor industry trends and conduct market research to enhance sourcing strategies
