We are seeking a QA Analyst with strong English communication skills who can understand business requirements and work closely with developers to ensure stakeholder expectations are met. This is a hybrid role combining manual QA, requirements analysis, and project coordination. The QA Analyst will act as a key bridge between business and technical teams, driving clarity, validating requirements, and ensuring smooth delivery through thorough testing and active communication.
Key Responsibilities: — Review, analyze, and interpret business requirements provided by the stakeholder — Act as a bridge between stakeholder and development team, ensuring shared understanding of goals and expectations — Support the stakeholder by structuring requirements, clarifying open questions, and translating them into clear tasks and test cases — Collaborate closely with developers to clarify requirements and verify correct technical implementation — Create and execute manual test cases to validate functionality against business requirements and stakeholder expectations — Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks early in the development lifecycle and proactively drive their resolution — Actively drive communication and clarity across requirements, testing, and delivery stages.
Requirements: — 3+ years of commercial experience in Manual QA / QA Analyst roles — Strong experience with functional and regression testing — Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements and validate delivered functionality against them — Hands-on experience creating test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation — Experience working closely with developers and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment — Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies — Ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in requirements and implementation — Proactive mindset with the ability to drive clarity and resolve ambiguities — Strong attention to detail and organizational skills — English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written) — Fluent Ukrainian (spoken and written) — required — Experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Product Support is a plus.
