REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 1 year of experience working in news media
* Fluent command of the Ukrainian language and familiarity with the latest official orthography
* Ability to distinguish high-quality news from sponsored or biased content
* Creativity and the ability to work with different formats of content presentation
* A strong understanding of audience interests, especially on social media platforms
* Attention to detail, efficiency, discipline, and a willingness to learn continuously
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Creating and editing news content in accordance with editorial standards
* Managing a large volume of news: selecting stories, fact-checking, and avoiding paid-for materials
* Writing concise yet creative headlines
* Adapting content to match the interests of audiences on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms
* Collaborating with the editorial team, participating in topic planning and discussions
