About the Role
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team and build a reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient data platform that will serve as a single source of truth for analytics, marketing, product, and finance, while also laying the foundation for future advanced analytics and data science.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
* Strong proficiency in SQL (GBQ) and hands-on experience with databases at an advanced level
* Practical experience with dbt (transformations, testing, documentation)
* Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, experience in Apache Airflow
* Experience with RDBMS development (procedures, triggers, functions), understanding of indexing, query execution plans, and query optimization
* Proficiency in Python for data processing (Pandas, Requests, PyODBC or similar libraries)
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Cybernetics, or related)
What You’ll Do
* Design, deploy, and optimize a corporate data warehouse, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance
* Build and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines for data ingestion and processing from multiple sources (databases, Google Sheets, HTTP / APIs, files)
* Develop and maintain data transformations inside the warehouse (models, tests, documentation)
* Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing validation, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms
* Manage metadata, data cataloging, access control, and maintain clear technical documentation
* Closely collaborate with Data Analysts and business stakeholders to deliver reliable datasets and support analytical data marts
