We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join an online casino project. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing and web performance, player behavior, and developing predictive models to support data-driven decisions across acquisition, retention, and monetization. Key Responsibilities * Analyze marketing campaign performance across all channels (affiliate, PPC, SEO, CRM, social, display) * Perform web analytics, including traffic analysis, funnel optimization, user journey, and conversion analysis * Monitor and report on key metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV, ARPU, retention, churn, and conversion rates * Conduct cohort, funnel, and attribution analysis * Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports * Develop and apply predictive models (LTV, churn, player value, conversion probability) * Identify trends and growth opportunities in player behavior and website performance * Collaborate closely with marketing, product, CRM, and BI teams * Ensure data quality and consistency across analytics platforms
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in iGaming / online casino / betting * Strong experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics / GA4, GTM, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) * Hands-on experience with predictive modeling * Strong SQL skills * Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills * Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) * Solid understanding of digital marketing performance metrics * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Fluent English (written and spoken)
