Helpware is building a proprietary B2B Agentic AI Platform designed to automate complex BPO operations at an industrial scale. We are moving beyond simple chatbots to deploy autonomous agents capable of handling intricate workflows, data processing, and decision-making for global clients. This initiative aims to transform our engineering culture by adopting “AI-Native” workflows. The role involves orchestrating AI agents, defining architectural standards, and leading a specialized team to deliver high-velocity solutions.
Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3 developers, reporting directly to the Chief AI Architect. * Transition the team to an “AI-Native” workflow by introducing tools like Claude Code and Cursor. * Allocate time as 30% hands-on critical coding and 70% architectural review and team orchestration. * Design and architect scalable AI agent systems using Python, TypeScript, and AWS. * Define and enforce the company’s AI coding standards. * Review code generated by both humans and AI agents to ensure security, hallucinations-free logic, and maintainability. * Manage the technical backlog and ensure delivery within agile sprints.
Requirements: * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (Python/TypeScript). * Deep, hands-on mastery of AI-native development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code CLI, or similar). * Strong architectural background with experience in AWS, Microservices, and Postgres Vector. * Experience building or integrating AI Agents and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems. * Experience with agile software development processes. * Self-starter, willing to take the initiative in a highly collaborative environment. * Proven ability to prompt-engineer complex technical constraints.
