Responsibilities and daily tasks: * Close cooperation with Head of TA and Hiring Managers on effective sourcing strategies for open roles; * Active sourcing for open positions using different tools and techniques; * Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the company’s ATS system; * Neat and accurate database tracking; * Support candidate communication and ensure a smooth initial engagement experience; * Salary map tracking, other data or analytical reviews that can be helpful in recruitment process; * Contributing in employer brand building.
Qualification & Experience: * Proven track record of successful IT talent sourcing experience, ideally 1-2 years; * Strong experience with different sourcing channels, techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Github, job boards, professional communities, telegram channels, Boolean and X-ray search); * Understanding of different position profiles (DevOps, BA, PM, Software Engineers etc) * Experience working with different markets and locations (Ukraine, Europe, Canada, US) — nice to have; * Experience working with ATS (ideally People Force); * Higher education in psychology, management or related fields; * English — B2+
Soft Skills: * Excellent communication skills, ability to find an approach to different personalities; * High motivation to work with people and sincere interest in them; * Attention to details, accuracy; * Strong orientation on result, proactiveness; * Ability to work in multitasking environments and prioritize tasks; * Politeness, honesty and a great sense of humor:-)
