Responsibilities * Managing the CEO’s schedule and priorities. * Planning and coordinating daily tasks and projects. * Organizing and supporting administrative processes across the company. * Booking and organizing trips, meetings, and events. * Searching, processing, and preparing information and reports (often in English). * Supporting communication via email and messengers. * Completing tasks autonomously and responsibly, without constant reminders.
✅ Requirements * Experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant is a strong plus. * English — confident (B2+), for handling information and participating in calls with English-speaking partners or speakers. * High level of self-organization, attention to detail, and responsibility. * Flexible schedule: the CEO travels frequently, so the working day may shift according to tasks; once tasks are completed, you are free. * Ability to take responsibility and complete tasks without reminders. * Confident use of calendars, email, messengers, and task management tools.
Nice to Have * Experience working with international executives or founders. * Experience in remote-first companies. * Understanding business processes and handling confidential information. * Experience with project coordination tools (Asana, Trello, Notion).
