Wizer Inc. is looking for a passionate and motivated Product Owner to join our professional team. This is an entry-level Product Owner role within an Agile team, focused on supporting senior product leadership in maximizing the value of the software product. Requirements • At least 6 months of proven experience in product/project management, software development or analytics • Understanding of agile methodologies, product vs. project management, and basic engineering concepts • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify user pain points through data analysis and propose effective, resource-efficient solutions. • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams • Hands-on experience with project management software, such as Jira, and Confluence • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Business or a related field • Completion of practical, hands-on courses in product management, agile methodologies, or digital product development
Will be a plus: Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency, both written and spoken
Responsibilities * Converting requirements and business needs into actionable tasks for the development team and ensuring alignment with product vision * Gathering and validating product requirements with stakeholders * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding of product requirements and actively support Agile delivery through participation in planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. * Be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, up-to-date product documentation (specifications, diagrams, and supporting materials). * Assisting in refining and prioritizing the product backlog * Conduct post-release testing to verify that delivered features meet business requirements and quality standards
