At Cleveroad, we build projects with the same level of care as we build teams. For us, delivery is not only about speed — it’s about transparent processes, predictability, and strong project governance.
That’s why we follow the PMI approach and actually use project management artifacts — not “for formality,” but as practical tools in everyday work.

Your key responsibilities: * Managing IT projects (web and mobile). * Planning and controlling deadlines and scopes. * Running client demos. * Maintaining project documentation. * Coordinating cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Dev, Design, DevOps). * Ensuring delivery quality and outcomes. * Managing risks and changes.
What you’ll be working with: * PMI artifacts: Project Plan, WBS, Status Reports, Change Log, Risk Log. * Contracts: Fixed Price, Time & Material. * Methodologies: Scrum / Kanban. * Planning and reporting tools.
What we’re looking for: * 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT. * Strong practical understanding of SDLC. * Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum. * Experience working with project management artifacts. * Confidence working with spreadsheets, plans, and status reports. * Client-facing communication experience. * English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
What we offer: * A stable service company with well-established processes. * Delivery-focused work without chaos or overload. * Long-term international projects. * Regular compensation reviews. * Professional growth and ongoing support.
