Who we are looking for * 5+ years Python (complex backend & AI projects) * Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic AI frameworks * Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini), multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) * Proven delivery of production AI systems, CI/CD, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Strong mentoring/leadership skills, excellent English (B2+)
Nice to have: * MLOps/AgentOps (MLflow, LangFuse), async/distributed, Docker, Kubernetes * Enterprise API integrations, open-source contributions
