We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist (SDR) to help us connect with decision-makers, open new opportunities, and fuel Twincore’s sales pipeline.
What you’ll do: * Research and identify potential B2B clients across various markets * Build targeted ICP lists for outreach campaigns * Create and continually improve outreach messaging, including personalized LinkedIn messages and cold email sequences (English only) * Launch and manage cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls * Reach out via LinkedIn or email to start conversations * Book qualified meetings for our sales team * Process databases from events, conferences, and exhibitions (sorting, filtering, follow-up) * Keep CRM up to date and report on progress * Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns
What we expect: * 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation / SDR / Business Development * Strong written & verbal communication skills in English * Experience working with event, conference, and exhibition attendee lists * Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems * Experience in IT, Transport & Logistics is a plus * Detail-oriented, self-organized, and result-driven
