Required experience/skills: * 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment; * Solid understanding of the software development process, technologies, and methodologies; * Experience managing the full recruitment cycle end-to-end; * Confident sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and other relevant platforms; * Experience working with ATS, sourcing tools, job boards, and social media; * Comfortable working with Google Sheets and structured data; * Experience with or strong interest in using AI tools in recruitment; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail; * Openness to feedback and willingness to continuously improve; * A genuine interest in people — you listen, notice details, and care; * English level: Intermediate or higher.
Responsibilities: * Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer; * Create, publish, and maintain job postings across various job boards; * Proactively source candidates who fit both the role and the company culture; * Maintain and regularly update the candidate database in the ATS; * Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers throughout the hiring process; * Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication; * Create a candidate experience where every person, whether hired or not, leaves with a positive impression of the company.
