Responsibilities: * Drafting, reviewing, and supporting licensing agreements, software development agreements, service agreements, and other contracts. * Ensuring compliance of the company’s counterparties and partners. * Cooperating with international banking and financial institutions to open accounts and support financial operations. * Interacting with regulators and ensuring the company’s compliance with legal requirements. * Conducting legal research on iGaming regulation in various jurisdictions. * Monitoring legislative changes and trends in the gambling industry.
Qualifications: * Completed higher legal education. * At least 1 year of work experience; experience in the iGaming industry will be an advantage. * English proficiency at B1 level or higher. * Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
