About the role:
As a Senior JavaScript Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities: * Delivery. Create and maintain modern interfaces according to unit standards * Code Quality. Follow and improve code quality standards * Analyze and Estimate. Perform technical assessment of UI mockups/wireframes to ensure the possibility of their implementation within reasonable time * Software Design. Create and review software feature design documents and provide the solution * Contribute ideas through your knowledge of evolving front-end technologies * Be proactive in communication with team members and client * Use industry best practices of development processes & tools, adopt and improve them * Mentorship of junior colleagues * Take responsibility for project delivery playing role of the most senior technical person (by stack) at the project * Direct client communications * Set up efficient development workflow throughout proactive collaboration with any project role (ProjectManager, BA, PO, UX, UI, Arch, BE, DevOps) * Problem solving, Solution Presentation, Meeting and Visual Facilitation
Requirements: * Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript * Deep understanding of JavaScript performance, security, and best practices in browser and server environments * Professional experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Preact, Vue, Angular, or Svelte * Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Sass, and scalable CSS methodologies * Experience with frontend state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.) * Knowledge of HTTP, REST, GraphQL, and stateless authentication flows (OAuth, JWT) * Familiarity with package managers and bundlers (npm, Yarn, Rollup, Vite, Webpack) * Experience with WebComponents and Microfrontend architecture * Experience with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns and frontend-backend integration * Experience with component-driven UI development using Storybook or similar tools * Experience with Static Site Generation (SSG) using tools such as 11ty, Next.js, or Gatsby * Knowledge of AWS services (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, DynamoDB) and cloud architecture * Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab * Strong understanding of software design patterns, OOP, and software development principles * Experience with software testing approaches and frameworks (unit, integration, e2e) * Experience with Agile and Lean development methodologies * Proficient with Git * Experience using AI coding assistants like Amazon-Q or similar (Github Copilot, Claude Code)
