Dream Play Games is a game provider with core Ukraininan team, is looking for HR Generalist. This role ensures that Dream Play attracts, retains, and develops top talent, fosters a strong corporate culture. The HR Generalist works closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive HR initiatives that support Dream Play’s growth.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as an HR in Tech / Product / iGaming companies; * Experience in a startup or scale-up environment; * Experience with HR Systems, HR processes and Recruitment; * Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace; * Ability to speak to the business in numbers; * Hands-on (you’ve done the work yourself, not only managed it). * At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Nice to have: * Experience with international teams;
What you will be doing:
1. Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (40%) * Own the full hiring cycle end-to-end (from role definition to offer); * Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion, cost per hire) * Average workload: 1-2 hires per month.
2. HR Operations (30%) * Own and develop HiBob as the main HR system; * Ensure proper contracts, ops from onboarding to offboarding; * Maintain core HR policies; * Be the single point of contact for all HR-related questions; * Create clarity and structure without overengineering.
3. Feedback and partnership (20%) * Run regular 1:1s with key team members; * Surface team issues and help resolve conflicts; * Give leadership real insight into what’s happening in teams.
4. Business Trips Management (10%) * Helping to organize Conferences abroad by booking tickets and hotels for a team; Own Business Trips Policy; * Receipts/invoices reporting to the Finance team.
