We are looking for a Technical support specialist to join our Team.
Responsibilities: Consultation and support for users on service integration issues of varying complexity; Analysis of internal and external failures; Consulting on the installation of CMS modules and assistance with settings; Payment testing to identify software errors; Handling incoming inquiries via chat and email (B2B); Logging system errors/bugs in Jira.
Our ideal candidate: Knows how to work with logs; Proficient in HTML/CSS/PHP/SQL/API; Has an English level of B2 or higher; Possesses strong communication and analytical skills; Experienced with Jira/Postman/CMS modules/Ticket systems; Understands e-commerce business models.
