We are currently looking for a UX Writer who will help make our digital products clear, user-friendly, and enjoyable. You will become part of a team that creates high-quality content for web and mobile applications, improving how users interact with our service.
What will you do? * Create UX copy for web and mobile interfaces (buttons, tooltips, messages, error screens, etc.). * Improve existing content to make it even clearer and more user-friendly. * Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure a consistent brand tone of voice. * Write help materials, glossaries, and microcopy that enhance product understanding. * Analyze and test texts based on user feedback and behavior.
What do we expect? * 2+ years of experience as a UX Writer, content designer, or copywriter in digital products. * Ukrainian proficiency at C1+ level; English at B2+ or higher. * Understanding of UX/UI principles and writing within the design process. * Ability to write concisely, clearly, and in line with the brand’s tone of voice. * Basic experience with Figma, Notion, or other content creation tools. * Knowledge of additional languages will be a plus.
