Business Development Manager — Research & Go-To-Market (B2B Products & Services)About the Role This is not a classic sales role. Today, we are moving beyond classic lead generation and agency services and building scalable products and systems for logistics, freight, and operations-driven businesses. Our focus for 2026 is high-LTV clients, automation, analytics, and productized solutions.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will help us: * understand real B2B logistics businesses problems, * validate demand for new products and services, * shape clear, scalable offers before they are handed over to Sales.
You will work directly with the CEO at the earliest stage of product and service development. Responsibilities Market & Client Research
The Goal is to turn uncertainty into clarity: * who the customer is, * what problem is worth solving, * what they are willing to pay for, * and how the offer should be packaged. * Conduct discovery calls and interviews with B2B clients (logistics, freight, 3PL, etc.) * Deeply understand workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies (communication, email, CRM, automation, analytics) * Document insights, patterns, and conclusions in a structured way
Product & Offer Validation * Validate new product and service ideas (e.g. email analytics, call analytics, automation tools) * Test hypotheses around positioning, pricing, and use cases * Run targeted outreach (LinkedIn, email, warm intros) to validate demand — not mass sales
Early Business Development * Present concepts, demos, or early versions of products to potential clients * Secure pilot clients, pre-sales, or first paid tests where applicable * Identify buying signals, objections, and deal blockers
Reporting & Insights * Define ICPs, messaging, and early sales narratives * Transfer validated offers and insights to the Sales team for scaling * Maintain clear reporting on research, outreach, and validation results * Share insights on market trends, competitor behavior, and new opportunities
Requirements * Ability to travel for industry events and client meetings when required * Advanced English both spoken and written
Experience * 3+ year in Business Development or Sales * 2+ years in Market Research (B2B) / Marketing / Consulting * Experience working with US-based clients (Logistics / Supply Сhain preffered) * Experience in logistics, SaaS, marketing services, or operations-driven businesses is a strong advantage
Skills * Strong discovery and interview skills (ability to ask the right questions) * Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) * Experience with LinkedIn and email outreach * Analytical, curious, and proactive * Able to work without ready-made scripts, finalized offers, or fixed ICPs * Able to turn uncertainty into structure: hypotheses, tests, and clear conclusions
