Responsibilities * Develop and perform tests to identify issues in software before its launch * Works closely with management team to understand software requirements and business objectives * Ensure overall quality by exploring functionality, discovering and documenting issues, and assigning severity based on business objectives * Perform many types of tests (functionality, integration, end-to-end, performance, regression, smoke, and non-functional) * Documents results with clear steps to reproduce * Establishes software testing standards and practices with appropriate communication documentation
