Requirements: 1,5+ years in CRM/Retention in gambling niche Experience with Customer.io or similar platforms Knowledge and experience with deliverability — huge plus Understanding the metrics OR, CTR, CR, ROMI, GGR, NGR, RR, FTD, STD, TTD English level from B1 Understanding bonus offers and mechanics
Key responsibilities: Working with Customer.io platform Building segmentation, create broadcasts and triggered campaigns Working with communication channels such as Email, Push, Pop-up, SMS Generate hypotheses to improve LTV, retention, and communication quality Working with email domains, warm-up, and authentication records Collaboration with cross-functional teams
