Key Responsibilities: * Lead the strategic direction and operational execution of the VIP CRM segment; * Manage, mentor, and develop a team of CRM Managers, setting KPIs and driving performance; * Build and execute a VIP CRM roadmap for Casino and Sportsbook products; * Own and optimize the VIP bonus budget to maximize LTV and NGR while maintaining ROI; * Develop advanced VIP segmentation and personalized player journeys to reduce churn; * Oversee the full lifecycle of VIP CRM campaigns from planning to post-campaign analysis; * Introduce innovative engagement mechanics to enhance VIP retention and loyalty; * Collaborate cross-functionally with VIP Account Management, Analytics, and Product teams.
Candidate Profile: * 3+ years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry (Casino and/or Sportsbook); * Strong experience managing VIP or High-Value player segments; * Previous team leadership experience (3+ direct reports); * Excellent analytical skills with deep understanding of CRM and business metrics; * Hands-on experience with CRM automation platforms; * English proficiency at B2 level or higher; * Strategic mindset with the ability to drive long-term growth initiatives.
