We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to join the Rolique team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to gather and analyze requirements, support product development, and ensure high-quality implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: ● 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT companies ● strong ability to gather, structure, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria ● good understanding of system integrations and the ability to contribute to technical specifications ● understanding of AI concepts and the ability to work with AI-integrated features or workflows ● experience collaborating with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure correct implementation ● experience with manual testing and verifying that features meet acceptance criteria ● hands-on experience creating wireframes or low-fidelity UI designs ● solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies ● experience working with requirements management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence) ● strong client communication skills — able to clearly explain requirements, discuss solutions, and manage expectations ● analytical and structured thinking — able to analyze complex processes and translate them into actionable requirements and solutions ● strong communication skills in English (written and verbal, C1 level or higher)
Would Be a Plus:
● exposure to UX/UI best practices beyond low-fidelity wireframes ● ability to use AI tools to boost productivity (e.g., text analysis, idea generation, prompt writing) ● understanding of business process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts)
What You Will Do:
● gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders ● сreate and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria ● perform story mapping and define clear acceptance criteria for features ● conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure features meet business requirements ● create wireframes and low-fidelity UI designs for new pages, buttons, tables, or other interface elements ● proactively identify opportunities to improve the platform, propose new ideas, and drive product innovation ● independently conduct discovery sessions for specific features or workflows ● analyze findings and present actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders ● contribute to defining integration requirements with a focus on scalability and long-term product growth ● adapt quickly to change requests and shifting priorities, ensuring timely delivery of business needs ● collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with product vision
