Ciklum is looking for a Middle Content QA Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:
As a Middle Content QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project our customer is a global digital production partner working with some of the world’s most recognized brands. They specialize in crafting high-quality digital experiences, including web and mobile solutions, creative content, immersive campaigns, and innovative marketing technologies. Their teams collaborate across multiple countries and time zones, driving excellence, creativity, and cutting-edge engineering in every project. The project focuses on digital asset production and localization for global marketing campaigns. The team transforms creative inputs into high-quality web pages, newsletters, and banners using CMS platforms and design tools, ensuring accurate localization, pixel-perfect execution, and thorough quality assurance across multiple markets and languages.
Responsibilities: * Perform manual, cross-browser, and cross-device testing based on test cases, input files, or reference files * Report and document defects in JIRA, including clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and detailed cause-effect descriptions * Re-test products after fixes, perform acceptance testing, and provide final QA sign-off * Analyze project requirements and identify gaps, ambiguities, or potential issues early in the workflow * Prepare, maintain, and update test cases, ensuring alignment with project goals and change requests (CRs) * Review and clarify CRs, adjust test cases, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders * Conduct acceptance and post-release testing after production deployment * Support emergency troubleshooting, reproducing issues, testing fixes, and performing acceptance testing on staging and production environments * Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines * Continuously identify opportunities to improve QA processes, documentation, and testing efficiency
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in content or digital QA, with proven attention to detail * Excellent eye for detail and precision, with a “pixel-perfect” mindset * Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines * Clear and effective communication skills in English, able to explain issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders * Team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers * Experience with JIRA or similar task management and bug tracking tools * Basic experience with Photoshop or other design tools to analyze visual content * Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing methodologies * Experience creating and maintaining test cases, performing QA sign-offs, and managing CRs * Previous QA officer experience is a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus and accuracy under pressure
