We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist to deliver practical AI and GenAI solutions. This is an execution-driven role focused on data quality, model evaluation, and reliable outputs not on BI or data platforms.
You will work directly on building, testing, and delivering AI/ML and GenAI solutions for real client use cases. The role requires strong practical experience and the ability to turn ideas into production-ready implementations. Responsibilities * Build and deliver AI / ML proof-of-concepts * Prepare data, implement models, and write production-ready code * Apply LLMs in practice, including: prompting, structured outputs, evaluation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) * Work with messy, real-world customer data * Collaborate closely with client teams and participate in technical workshops
Requirements * Strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Statistics * Hands-on experience building ML pipelines in Python or R (e.g. scikit-learn, pandas, numpy) * Practical GenAI experience with LLMs, LangChain, Chainlit, and RAG * Comfortable working with unstructured and imperfect data * English level B2+
