We’re looking for an Outbound Lead Generation Team Lead to own and scale our outbound lead generation. This is a leadership-first role focused on building processes, managing the team, and driving results. You’ll work closely with the SDR team and report directly to the Head of Business Development.
This remote position, ideally suited for candidates located in Europe, Ukraine or similar Time-Zones. Must-have for the position * 5+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, outbound sales, or SDR roles. * 2+ years of experience in a team lead or people management role. * Strong understanding of outbound fundamentals, including ICP definition, segmentation, sequencing, channels, and KPIs. * Proven experience building or scaling outbound workflows and processes. * Strong people management skills, including coaching, motivation, and performance management. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnel metrics and optimize performance. * Strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-driven approach. * English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken).
Responsibilities * Build, structure, and continuously improve the outbound lead generation process. * Lead and manage the outbound lead generation / SDR team, including task prioritization, KPI tracking, and performance reviews. * Ensure consistent execution of outbound activities and achievement of team targets. * Design, test, and scale new outbound strategies, experiments, and growth initiatives. * Create and optimize outreach strategies, sequences, and messaging frameworks across channels. * Personally engage in lead communication when required (e.g., key accounts or complex cases). * Coach and develop team members through onboarding, feedback, and skill development. * Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. * Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align on ICP, messaging, and revenue goals.
