We are looking for an HRBP who can bring clarity and consistency to how HR operates at Dedicatted. We seek a process-oriented, structured individual who prioritizes quality over quantity and is willing to communicate with management to align priorities proactively.
What will you own: HR operations and processes — Review existing HR flows across all the global markets where the company operates — Canada, the US, Europe, and turn them into simple, consistent standards (playbooks, checklists, templates, policies). Work closely with Legal, Finance, Asset Management, and Recruitment to keep shared flows smooth. — Build and maintain a clear HR Knowledge Base that people actually use. — Run quarterly HR touchpoints (1:1s) and lightweight surveys, summarize insights, and propose next steps. — Collect core HR metrics (headcount, onboarding/offboarding counts, survey results, basic trends) and keep them easy to track and share. HR systems and employee lifecycle — Own internal HR setup and day-to-day HRIS hygiene (profiles, statuses, workflows, reports, access). — Coordinate the HR side of onboarding & offboarding: access, time tracking, benefits, welcome steps, HR admin. Internal communication, culture & HR brand — Help shape how Dedicatted “sounds” and “feels” from an HR perspective — simple, respectful, clear. Own company-wide internal HR communications, employees’ experience, and assist marketing with basic HR content for external branding. — Run culture initiatives and internal events.
What we are looking for: — 5-8 years in HR / People Operations / HR Generalist roles, with real ownership of HR operations (not just support); — Confidence in building processes from scratch and making them simple for others; — Experience working in IT Companies (out staff/outsource); — English C1 (support onboarding and HR communication with Canadian teammates); — Comfortable working independently, following through, and keeping multiple workstreams moving.
Working conditions: — Paid Vacation (16 days), Documented/Undocumented Sick Leave, Leave for Significant Life Events; — Quarterly Sports/English bonuses; — Compensation for medical insurance (for UA); — Flexible working hours; — Holidays according to the local calendar; — Exciting events, corporate parties, and pizza parties at the office; — Gifts from the company; — Friendly environment and a wonderful team.
