Who we are looking for?
You will fully own how our brand is represented on external review platforms (TrustPilot, SiteJabber, App Store, Google Play, etc.).
Your mission is to build a scalable, data-driven review operations system that protects trust, minimizes fake or misleading reviews, and turns real user feedback into product insights.
Your impact:
* Detect and remove fake or policy-violating reviews
* Build and maintain a clear review classification system (root cause, theme, severity, action)
* Design workflows and SLAs for review handling
* Monitor reputation risks and review dynamics
* Work cross-functionally with Support, Product, SERM, Legal
* Own relationships with review platforms
* Drive automation and AI initiatives in review operations
* Prepare reports and insights for leadership
About you:
* 1.5+ years in reputation management, review platforms, or user feedback roles
* Strong understanding of how review platforms work
* Excellent written English for public responses
* Analytical mindset and structured thinking
* Experience with processes, dashboards, and data
* High ownership, proactivity, and attention to detail
