We are seeking a Strong Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in developing e-commerce solutions using Shopify. You will collaborate with a distributed team to deliver high-quality projects.
This role involves both front-end and back-end development.
Responsibilities: * Develop and implement Shopify-based e-commerce solutions. * Collaborate with a distributed team to define project requirements and deliverables. * Provide accurate project estimates and work towards meeting those timelines. * Develop both front-end and back-end features and functionalities. * Optimize existing Shopify stores for performance, scalability, and user experience. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify implementations. * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. * Communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications: * 4+ years of proven experience in Shopify development. * Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Shopify’s templating language. * Strong back-end development skills with experience in Shopify’s API, custom app development, and third-party integrations. * Ability to estimate project timelines and deliver work according to those estimates. * Collaboration skills, with experience working in a distributed team environment. * Attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus. * Understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce. * Experience with performance optimization techniques for Shopify stores.
