We are looking for engineers who geek out about both clean code AND the latest AI breakthroughs — someone who can debate software architecture patterns and the merits of different AI frameworks with equal enthusiasm.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
• You design and develop our central AI platform using cutting-edge techniques including Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, and advanced AI-powered user interfaces (AG-UI) • You build and deploy LLM-powered agents using modern Python frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and PydanticAI, serving production workloads for hundreds of engineers • You deploy, monitor, and maintain high-availability AI systems using microservices architecture, event-driven design, and cloud-native technologies • You collaborate closely with platform engineers and data scientists to embed intelligent capabilities into SIXT’s core development infrastructure • You stay at the forefront of AI advancement by researching emerging technologies, experimenting with new models, and proactively recommending strategic improvements to optimize our systems and development workflows
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
