We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Sales Director who will take full ownership of our sales strategy, build and scale a high-performing sales organization, and drive predictable revenue growth. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on the company’s strategic transformation and growth.
Our company is evolving from a traditional outstaffing model toward consulting-led, service-product-driven offerings. The Sales Director will play a critical role in shaping and executing this transition on the go-to-market side.
Mission of the Role: * Own and execute the company’s sales strategy in Western markets * Build a scalable, system-driven sales function (not hero-based selling) * Drive the shift from staff augmentation sales to consulting and service-product sales * Deliver a predictable pipeline, revenue growth, and clear forecasting
Key Responsibilities: * Define and execute the overall sales and go-to-market strategy aligned with the company strategy * Build, structure, and scale an outbound-driven B2B sales organization * Own revenue planning, pipeline health, forecasting, and KPI achievement * Design and implement sales systems: CRM, analytics, reporting, scripts, playbooks * Hire, onboard, coach, and develop sales managers and sales reps * Lead complex, high-value B2B deals and enterprise-level negotiations * Work closely with Marketing on ICP definition, positioning, and lead generation * Collaborate with Delivery and Account Management to ensure smooth handovers and long-term account growth * Represent the company externally: clients, partners, events, and industry forums
What we need from you: General * Fluent English (C1 or higher) * 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role (Sales Director / Head of Sales / Commercial Director) in B2B IT services (IT outsourcing, custom software development, consulting, data, AI, cloud, etc.) * Proven experience in outbound sales to Western markets (USA, UK, EU, Canada) — mandatory * Track record of building or restructuring a sales department and achieving planned KPIs * Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales * Experience managing and closing large, complex B2B deals * High financial literacy: revenue planning, forecasting, unit economics, margins * Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making * Experience implementing and owning CRM systems and sales analytics * Willingness to travel for business development and client engagements
AI & Tooling Expectations * Confident user of modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) in sales workflows * Experience or strong interest in AI-powered sales tools and automation * Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills for financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Leadership & Management Competencies * Systemic and process-oriented thinking — ability to build a scalable sales “machine” * Strong execution discipline and ability to enforce standards * Leadership skills: inspire, coach, and grow teams * Structured thinking and sound decision-making under uncertainty * Comfortable building processes from scratch in a transforming organization
Nice to Have: * Experience scaling sales in fast-growing startups or scale-ups * Additional languages (German, French) * Familiarity with compliance-driven industries or regulated environments

Close collaboration with: Chief Customer Officer, Delivery Director, Marketing Director, Business Unit Directors
