Dinarys GmbH is expanding its engineering team for a large-scale international HealthTech product used by millions of users. The platform combines AI-driven solutions with real human expertise to deliver 24/7 healthcare support across key life stages.
In this role, you will focus on building and scaling backend services with Node.js and TypeScript, supporting hybrid mobile applications, and contributing to cloud infrastructure on GCP. You will help ensure the platform remains performant, resilient, secure, and ready for further global growth, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and AI
Requirements:
— 10+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and/or a relevant engineering degree — 8+ years of commercial experience with Node.js, Express, and TypeScript — Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and software architecture principles — Proven experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs, including business logic and scalability — Solid full-stack development experience, covering backend and frontend/mobile components — 4+ years of hands-on experience with GCP and modern DevOps practices — Experience designing systems for reliability, performance, fault tolerance, and security — Strong testing mindset with experience writing unit and integration tests — Experience providing production support, including troubleshooting and incident resolution — Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, QA, AI, and Design teams — Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and taking ownership of outcomes
Nice to have:
— Experience with hybrid mobile app development — Hands-on experience with React + TypeScript — Familiarity with the Capacitor (Ionic) framework — Experience with: -CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows -Observability, monitoring, and alerting -Automation and system resilience — Prior experience in HealthTech, AI-powered products, or startups — Understanding of security, compliance, and privacy requirements in healthcare platforms — Experience working on high-scale, user-facing products — Proactive mindset with an interest in influencing technical direction and platform evolution
Responsibilities:
— Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express, and TypeScript — Enhance and maintain hybrid mobile applications (Android & iOS) built with React and Capacitor (Ionic) — Ensure high reliability, performance, and fault tolerance across backend services and mobile apps — Write and maintain high-quality unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and coverage — Contribute to DevOps and infrastructure operations on GCP, including deployments, monitoring, alerting, and automation — Support production operations, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis — Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, DevOps, and AI Engineers to deliver high-quality features — Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions — Help ensure the platform remains secure, resilient, and scalable as the product and user base grow
