We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager with German language skills to join our team. Previous relevant experience is an advantage but not mandatory — we are open to considering final-year students or recent graduates.

Customer Orientation: You adapt our project methodology to customer needs and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Expertise: You analyze complex requirements and work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Pre-Sales Support: You support the sales team by providing technical input and explaining the value of our solutions to potential customers.
Stakeholder Management: You communicate regularly with all parties involved and manage expectations throughout the project.
Risk and Change Management: You identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
Documentation: You prepare regular status reports and project documentation to track progress and outcomes. Requirements: * Fluency in German (written and spoken). * Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, or Campaign Management solutions is a plus. * Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum). * Ability to plan tasks, track progress, and manage deadlines. * Basic experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar). * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. * Ability to maintain project documentation (project plans, reports, meeting notes). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
