We are looking for a Project Manager who can improve processes, effectively communicate with clients, implement standardized approaches to project management, and support the team in strategic development.
Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end delivery of software development projects (web, mobile, backend) * Define and maintain project scope, schedule, budget, and risks * Create and maintain project documentation: * Project Plan * Status Reports * Risk & Issue Logs * Change Requests * Act as the main point of contact for the client * Facilitate and run: * Project kick-offs * Sprint planning & reviews * Status meetings * Retrospectives * Track project progress using KPIs and delivery metrics * Proactively identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies * Coordinate work of cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers) * Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates, and governance * Manage scope changes and client expectations * Provide regular and transparent reporting to stakeholders * Support presales activities when needed (estimation, planning, proposal input)
RequirementsMust-have * 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT / software development * Proven experience managing fixed-price and/or time & material projects * Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Experience working with distributed/remote teams * Confident communication with clients and senior stakeholders * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Asana) * Good understanding of: * Project scheduling * Budget tracking * Risk management * Upper-intermediate or higher English level (written and spoken)
Nice-to-have * PM certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) * Basic understanding of software architecture and technical constraints * Experience working with PMO frameworks and governance * Experience in presales or client onboarding
