We’re looking for a talented SDR, responsible for prospecting, researching, and initiating the first contact with potential partners and clients.
This is a junior—mid operational role focused on: * identifying relevant companies, * finding key decision-makers, * establishing the first touchpoint, * and generating qualified meetings for our founder and partnership manager.
No hard selling. No closing. This is a pipeline-building and research-heavy position.
Key responsibilities * Identify ideal-fit companies, conduct deep research on prospects using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apollo, and industry reports. * Build clean, accurate lead lists with key decision-makers * Create personalized first-touch messages via LinkedIn and email. * Execute multi-step outreach sequences (no spamming). * Engage prospects with relevance and context, not volume. * Perform initial qualification to identify potential fit (security needs, timing, tech stack). * Schedule intro calls for the founder or partnership manager. * Log activities and update CRM (HubSpot). * Work closely with the founder, marketing, and partnership manager to refine ICPs, messaging, and targeting. * Provide feedback from the market (objections, trends, industries reacting well).
Key responsibilities * 1–3 years of SDR, research, lead generation, or business development experience (B2B). * Strong written English. * Ability to research companies and people deeply and systematically. * Discipline in CRM hygiene and pipeline management. * Curiosity about technology and cybersecurity. * Previous experience building outbound sequences. * Analytical and structured thinking. * Persistence without being pushy. * High attention to detail. * Ability to learn fast and absorb technical context.
