Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Acquisition & Partnership Development
— Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and media partners across relevant iGaming markets — Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, acting as their primary point of contact — Negotiate deals (CPA, RevShare) tailored to GEO and traffic quality
Campaign and Traffic Management
— Monitor affiliate performance and traffic metrics (FTD, ROI, CR, LTV, fraud) — Proactively optimise underperforming partnerships or traffic sources Track and analyse performance to ensure affiliate compliance and profitability
Reporting & Analysis
— Generate regular reports on campaign performance and affiliate activity — Collaborate with BI and finance teams to validate results and manage payments Provide insights to internal stakeholders on traffic quality and market trends
Compliance & Communication
— Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines, compliance standards, and licensing regulations — Monitor and resolve fraudulent or low-quality traffic issues Stay up to date on legal requirements in regulated and unregulated markets
Cross-functional Collaboration
— Work closely with product, CRM, marketing, and creative teams to align affiliate campaigns with broader strategies — Share feedback from affiliates to improve landing pages, bonus flows, and offers
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming, sports book or performance marketing — Solid understanding of affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Affilka, Income Access, Cellxpert, NetRefer) — Strong negotiation and communication skills — Analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics — English — B1/B2 (both written and verbal) — Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup — Nice to Have understanding of bonus abuse prevention and fraud signals
