Responsibilities
As a Middle Technical Recruiter in our team, you will: * Source, identify, and attract top-notch candidates for a wide range of positions in IT and other domains. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. * Ensure recruitment strategies align with the demands of various markets and industries. * Proactively manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation. * Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication throughout the process. * Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, such as social media, professional networks, and database mining, to find qualified candidates. * Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers regarding the status of open roles. * Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Requirements The ideal candidate will have: * 2+ years of international recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on IT roles (South and North America, EU markets preferred). * Proven experience working closely with international hiring managers and clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering results. * Exceptional sourcing skills, including the ability to utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools. * Fluency in English (both written and verbal). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. * A proactive and goal-oriented approach to recruitment, ensuring timely and high-quality results. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
