We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Cloud Engineer with a strong background in AWS and Linux-based environments to contribute to the evolution of our cloud infrastructure. In this role, your passion for building secure, high-performance cloud systems will be central to our success. You will take full ownership of our cloud tools and services, navigating the entire lifecycle from initial requirements through to production deployment. As a key collaborator across our engineering teams, you will design and maintain the scalable, reliable systems that empower our backend services and drive our technical excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties
— Develop solutions that meet evolving business and product needs — Contribute to technical specifications, architectural decisions, and system design — Adhere to Secure SDLC practices, including applying AWS cloud security best practices and achieve the required security certifications — Design, build, and maintain the end-to-end platform infrastructure — Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of existing systems and solutions — Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT Support and QA
Qualifications and Skills
— 5+ years of commercial system engineering and DevOps experience — Strong proficiency in Linux — Strong proficiency with IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, continuous delivery, and DevOps practices — Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, SQS/SNS, EC2, ECS Fargate) — Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools (SCA, SAST, IaC scanners) — Working experience with Python — Good knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) — Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization techniques — Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and software architecture — Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on working in distributed teams — Good written and spoken English (preferably B2)
