Who are we searching for?
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who takes responsibility for growth, end-to-end.
You’ll build the strategy of how Fuelfinance shows up in the market — from ICP and positioning to channels, launches, and pipeline. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and close to the founders.
If you want clarity, trust, and real decision-making power, you’ll find it here.
Team structure: 1 Content Specialist, 1 designer. A part of your job will also be managing vendors: the Reddit agency and an SEO agency. You will be collaborating closely with the BDR team, CEO, and VP of Operations.
What are your responsibilities? * Take ownership of SEO and GEO and grow them into reliable sources of demand. * Build and run lead generation across LinkedIn, paid channels, and events, with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue. * Define who our ideal customer is and use that understanding to decide what to build, promote, and ignore. * Plan and run product launches from start to finish, making sure messaging is clear and relevant. * Constantly test channels, messages, and funnels, keep what works, and stop what doesn’t. * Own the website and conversion funnel and improve how visitors turn into qualified leads. * Track results, understand what’s driving performance, and make decisions even when data isn’t perfect. * Lead the marketing team and external partners, set clear expectations, and give direct, useful feedback. * Make decisions in fast-changing situations without losing focus or quality.
What are the preferred requirements for the role?
Must-have skills: * 7+ years in B2B marketing, with clear responsibility growing over time. * Hands-on experience working with EU and/or US markets. * English C1. * Direct experience owning pipeline and revenue impact — you know how marketing affects CAC and conversions. * Strong, hands-on SEO experience and at least one or two other acquisition channels you’ve personally worked with (paid ads, LinkedIn, events, etc.). * Experience launching and positioning complex B2B products or services. * A solid understanding of funnels, attribution, and analytics, and the ability to move forward even when data isn’t perfectly clean. * Experience managing a marketing team and external partners and holding them to clear standards. * Ability to set priorities and make trade-offs — you know what to focus on now and what to leave for later. * Willingness to do the work yourself when needed: writing copy, reviewing pages, setting up campaigns, or fixing gaps. * Comfort taking full responsibility for results, including when things don’t work. * Experience working closely with founders or executive teams.
Nice-to-have skills: * Experience in fintech. * Experience in SaaS. * Background in fast-growing startups where processes and systems were built along the way. * Experience with GEO and AI-driven discovery channels. * Ability to give clear, practical feedback on copy, design, landing pages, and campaigns — focused on what helps users understand and convert.
Reporting structure:
Report directly to the CEO.
Recruitment process: * Recruiter interview * Technical interview with the current Head of Marketing * Test task * Culture fit interview with the VP of Operations * Final interview with the CEO
Why work with us? * Build a scalable growth engine from first principles — real ownership, real impact. * Influence product positioning and go-to-market strategy. * Work directly with founders and senior leadership. * Grow as a leader by building a marketing team that scales with the company. * Flexible schedule, 18 paid vacation days, 10 paid sick days, and strong support for mental well-being.
