Requirements: * 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B, account management, sales, customer support, or related roles; * Strong interest in the iGaming industry and a desire to grow in account management; * Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships; * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and openness to learning and receiving feedback; * Negotiation skills or a strong willingness to develop them; * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; * Basic analytical thinking skills; * English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both spoken and written).
Nice to have: * Experience in iGaming, gaming, or digital-related industries; * Experience working with clients or partners; * Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese.
Responsibilities: * Support the Account Manager in working with clients and accounts; * Assist in client communication (emails, calls, meetings); * Prepare internal reports and update client’s promo statuses; * Collect, organize, and pass client feedback to direct Account manager; * Participate in the launch of new games and promotional activities for clients.
