We are looking for a Solution Architect with deep expertise in software architecture and strong hands-on technical capabilities to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing systems. In this role, you will define architectural blueprints, provide technical leadership to development teams, and ensure that solutions align with both business objectives and modern technology standards. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction, overseeing implementation, and driving architectural consistency across projects. A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft technology stack is essential, along with extensive experience designing cloud solutions on both Azure and AWS. You will work closely with engineering teams and engage directly with executive stakeholders, including the CTO and other C-level leaders, to shape technology strategy and guide key architectural decisions. 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles.
Strong experience designing large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven workflows.
Proven expertise building cloud-native and serverless architectures, ideally on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, EventBridge, SQS).
Hands-on development experience with Node.js, preferably in serverless-first environments.
Stellar understanding of modern front-end ecosystems, especially React, TypeScript, and Next.js with server-side rendering.
Solid grasp of architectural patterns, API design (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), security best practices, and cloud governance. Vast experience with PostgreSQL, stored procedures, JSON-based schemas, and data modeling for modern cloud systems.
Proficiency with DevOps workflows and IaC (Terraform/CDK), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS preferred over EKS). Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level.
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to operate in a consulting / advisory model. Stack-agnostic mindset and ability to work with evolving technologies and adapt architecture decisions as the stack changes over time.
