Our company is a modern developer of innovative solutions in iGaming industry. We are looking for a skilled Analyst to join our team and drive data-informed decisions across our products. Responsibilities:Positioning Framework & Product Analytics * Together with the BD team and mathematicians, build a unified Positioning Framework for all new games (archetypes, matrices, scoring, USP extraction). * Formalize the pre-launch analytics pipeline: trends, risks, projected performance, casino lobby positioning, competitive landscape. * Create dashboards to assess new releases and the overall product potential of a game.
Promo & Performance Analytics * Launch systematic analytics of promo positioning (casino lobby, features, free spins, tournaments, etc.). * Analyze the effectiveness of partners’ promotional activities and define a Promo Positioning Quality Score. * Track CTR, conversion to play, retention markers, and promo impact.
Competitive Intelligence * Together with external analysts, collect and structure data on competitors’ releases (mechanics, RTP, volatility, bonus rounds, promos). * Build competitive matrices: saturation, opportunity zones, differentiation gaps. * Prepare joint reports with Product and BD teams.
A/B Testing & Experimentation * Plan and run A/B tests for new games and promo combinations. * Prepare samples, validate hypotheses, calculate statistical significance. * Visualize results in Tableau: A/B charts, retention curves, uplift graphs.
Analytics Infrastructure * Develop SQL queries (upper-intermediate / strong level). * Build dashboards in Tableau (advanced LODs, parameters, storyboards). * Work with BigQuery / PostgreSQL / Redshift. * Set up regular reporting for Product, Marketing, and BD teams.
Requirements: * 1–3 years of experience in one of the following roles: Product Analyst / Marketing Analyst / Data Analyst / Game Analyst. * Experience in iGaming or mobile gaming (RMG, social casino, slots, crash games). * Expert-level Tableau. * Strong SQL. * Understanding of the game product lifecycle and key metrics: CTR, conversion-to-play, bet activity, session quality, promo exposure, volatility sensitivity. * Experience in competitive intelligence or market analysis. * Hands-on experience with A/B testing. * Ability to structure complex frameworks and prepare clear business-oriented presentations.
Nice-to-have * Python / R for modeling and forecasting. * Experience in product marketing or game positioning. * Understanding of Crash / Plinko / Tap / Hold & Win mechanics. * Experience with Figma (for quick visual concepts).
