AIMPROSOFT — Lead QA Test Manager (Web / App / Digital) Opportunity!
Aimprosoft, a fast-growing IT company, is looking for a Lead QA Test Manager to lead the quality strategy for a large-scale international digital ecosystem.
This role is ideal for a QA leader who brings strong automation-first thinking, deep expertise in QA methodologies, and the ability to drive organization-wide improvements in testing efficiency, reliability, and consistency.
The ideal candidate will develop a unified QA vision across web, mobile, and digital products, ensuring structural alignment, measurable KPIs, and a significant reduction in manual testing efforts.
This is a contract with a term of one year or more, with a high likelihood of extension. About the project & role: You will join a cross-functional digital transformation program for a major European enterprise operating in multiple markets. The ecosystem comprises web platforms, mobile applications, internal tools, microservices, and digital customer-facing systems, all of which require consistent, scalable, and automated QA practices.
Your mission is to establish a centralized QA strategy, drive automation adoption, introduce modern AI-enabled testing capabilities, and ensure long-term quality governance across the organization.
You will be responsible for:
Quality Strategy & Leadership * Defining the unified QA strategy for all web, mobile, and digital products * Establishing clear quality KPIs and measurable success criteria * Driving the shift from manual-heavy testing to automation-first workflows * Ensuring consistent QA standards across multiple teams, departments, and product groups * Promoting QA culture, value, and transparency across the entire organization
Automation & Tooling * Building and scaling automation frameworks for front-end, back-end, mobile, and API layers * Evaluating the current QA landscape and identifying areas where automation brings measurable ROI * Reducing dependency on external/manual QA teams where feasible * Defining KPIs such as: “Automate XX% of OBI applications within YY months” “Reduce manual regression time by Z% within Q quarters” * Introducing AI-driven QA tools to increase automation coverage, stability, and speed
Process Ownership & Governance * Standardizing QA processes: release flows, test documentation, reporting * Ensuring traceability between test cases, features, and business requirements * Unifying QA tools and reporting systems * Ensuring scalable processes for multi-team and multi-product environments * Leading risk-based testing and prioritization logic for large portfolios
AI-Enhanced QA * Leveraging AI for automated test generation, visual & telemetry validation, intelligent regression and defect analysis. * Building an AI-augmented QA pipeline aligned with modern SDLC practices.
Collaboration & Cross-Department Leadership * Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Product Management, and Business stakeholders * Communicating QA strategy and KPIs to non-technical decision-makers * Ensuring quality alignment during planning, development, and release cycles * Acting as the organizational ambassador for QA automation strategy
What We Need From You: * 7+ years in QA, including 3+ years in QA leadership or Test Management * Proven ability to define, implement, and scale a long-term QA automation strategy across large, complex organizations * Strong experience building and scaling QA automation (web, mobile, API) with CI/CD-integrated pipelines * Deep understanding of modern SDLCs and testing types (performance, security, mobile-specific QA) * Experience managing QA teams, quality governance, and KPI-driven quality management * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business goals into data-driven QA metrics and initiatives * Exposure to AI-based QA tooling and enterprise-scale digital platforms (e-commerce/retail is a plus) * Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer journeys, and UX workflows * Proven ability to communicate QA strategy and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders * English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher for communication with international teams.
Nice to have: * Experience with analytics platforms (OpenSearch/Elastic/Grafana) * Experience with automation of legacy systems * Hands-on experience with test data generation, synthetic data, or ML-based anomaly detection * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
