Requirements: * Hands-on experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua) * Working knowledge of Salesforce — you understand leads, contacts, accounts, and campaigns * Experience with lead routing — LeanData preferred, but any routing logic experience counts * Strong problem-solving mindset — you enjoy debugging workflows and finding elegant solutions * Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Self-starter mentality — you take ownership and drive projects forward without constant direction * Fluent English (written and verbal) — essential for cross-team collaboration
Nice to Have: * Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Marketing Cloud) * Experience with Chili Piper or similar scheduling tools * Familiarity with Zapier or other iPaaS platforms * Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer journeys * Background in RevOps, Demand Gen, or Sales Operations
Responsibilities: * Lead Management & Distribution * Own end-to-end lead routing using LeanData and Pardot, ensuring leads reach active sales reps instantly * Design and maintain lead scoring models that prioritise high-intent prospects * Troubleshoot and resolve routing issues, preventing leads from falling through the cracks * Build automated assignment rules that adapt to territory changes and rep availability * Marketing Automation & Integration * Manage and optimise Pardot campaigns, automation rules, and engagement programs * Configure and maintain Chili Piper for intelligent meeting scheduling and routing * Build and maintain Zapier integrations connecting our MarTech ecosystem * Ensure seamless data flow between Pardot, Salesforce, and third-party tools * Salesforce & CRM Operations * Partner with Sales Operations to maintain clean, accurate lead and contact data * Create and maintain reports and dashboards that track lead flow and conversion * Support campaign attribution and ROI tracking across marketing channels * Implement data hygiene processes to maintain database health
