As a Recruitment Specialist at Cloudfresh, you will play a strategic role in attracting top talent, elevating the candidate and employee experience, and supporting the growth of our international organization. You will build scalable hiring processes, collaborate closely with stakeholders across five countries, and contribute to organizational development initiatives. Requirements: * 3+ years of recruitment experience in multinational or multicultural environments (minimum 3 countries). * Strong expertise in hiring for technical positions and GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success). * Experience building scalable recruitment processes (Kanban, velocity tracking, scorecards, quality of hire). * Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. * English level B2; French or Spanish is a significant advantage. * Confident user of HRIS and productivity tools (BambooHR, Workday, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Google Workspace). * Proficiency in recruitment analytics, including reporting on headcount, funnel efficiency, and turnover. * Familiarity with AI-based tools for HR automation and process optimization. * Experience prescreening technical candidates. * Understanding of EU cultural contexts and experience working across distributed teams. * Prior involvement in culture-building or organizational development initiatives.
Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders. * Review, update, and standardize job profiles to reflect current organizational requirements. * Increase the presence in sourcing channels (LinkedIn, DOU, referrals) * Manage the full recruitment cycle for 5–10 open roles, ensuring high-quality talent delivery and fast turnaround. * Develop and maintain a structured candidate pool and an organized CV database. * Conduct screenings for both GTM and technical positions, ensuring robust evaluation and pipeline quality. * Assess the employee onboarding journey and propose improvements for alignment and efficiency. * Actively collaborate on corporate culture and organizational development programs. * Deliver recruitment analytics including headcount reporting, funnel metrics, time-to-hire, and turnover analysis. * Contribute to culture assessments, ESAT rollout, and cross-department collaboration initiatives. * Assist in scaling the recruitment team and improving predictability and consistency of hiring output. * Participate in risk identification and mitigation efforts across people operations. * Core Competencies: * Extreme ownership and accountability. * Strategic mindset and flexibility. * Clear, confident communication with internal and external stakeholders. * Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making. * Process discipline, prioritization, and rapid execution. * Ability to build multi-national approaches across geographies (PL, ME, FR, CZ, UA). * High emotional intelligence, stress-resilience and advisory mindset. * Organizational diagnostic capabilities for identifying systemic improvements.
