Job Responsibilities * Develop and implement an SEO strategy aligned with B2B and service-based business goals; * Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and support lead generation; * Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations; * Monitor, analyze, and report on the results of SEO campaigns; * Identify opportunities, test new strategies, and stay ahead of new trends and updates to maintain competitiveness.
Key Skills * 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist; * Experience working with B2B websites and service-based businesses; * Background in BPO, CX outsourcing, SaaS, digital or technology-enabled services is a strong advantage; * Knowledge of tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar; * Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors; * Basic understanding of HTML and the impact of JavaScript on indexing; * Experience working with WordPress; * Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; * Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends; * English level B2 or higher.
