About the role
We’re looking for someone who can see patterns where others see chaos, and turn numbers into powerful product decisions.
Your key responsibilities * Partner with the Web Product team to define product direction and identify the biggest opportunities * Build the entire analytical ecosystem: from data collection processes to scalable architecture * Create ETL processes that deliver clean, reliable data on time * Develop dashboards and insights that help the team see the bigger picture and make faster decisions * Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments that directly influence product strategy * Collaborate with the finance team on forecasts, metrics, and analytical models * Evolve our internal BI platform into the central point of truth for all product decisions
What we expect from you * 5+ years of experience in data analytics within product companies * Deep expertise in running A/B tests and building experimental frameworks * Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and analytics automation * Experience working with GTM, GA4, Amplitude, or similar platforms * Solid understanding of product metrics: retention, conversion, cohort analysis, LTV, CAC * Practical experience building dashboards and working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) * Upper-Intermediate+ English for collaboration with an international team
Nice-to-have * Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or other DWH solutions * Understanding of user behavior in scalable products
