✨ We’re Hiring: Creative Copywriter for Micro-Learning (Remote) A role for someone who loves short-form writing, humour, and helping people learn better. 1. Who We Are Voyala is building training that feels fun, fast, and actually memorable. Not corporate. Not boring. Not “10 productivity hacks” content.
Think: * the observational honesty of Tom Segura, * the absurd clarity of Rick and Morty, * the emotional warmth of Harry Potter storytelling, * and the workplace cringe of The Office... compressed into short, punchy learning moments.
If that blend makes sense to you — keep reading. 2. What You’ll Do You’ll write content people actually want to read.
Short. Human. Witty. Useful.
Your work will include: * Ultra-clear micro-cards (3–6 lines each) * Chat-based scenarios with branching choices * Small lessons that turn tech-team chaos into easy-to-learn behaviours * Light humour woven into everyday work situations * Writing that feels at home in Slack, Notion, Jira — not in a textbook
You’ll help thousands of tech professionals learn better, faster, and with a smile. 3. Who You Are You don’t need years of experience — you need the right instincts. You write like a real person. Short. Clear. Modern. No corporate jargon. No “synergy.” No long paragraphs. You appreciate observational comedy. The kind where someone notices a tiny detail and makes the whole room laugh. (Think great stand-up comics, Tom Segura’s honesty, the self-aware absurdity of Rick & Morty.) You understand people. You write with empathy. You notice emotions, awkwardness, tension. You can feel both: * the magic of the Harry Potter narrative, and * the painful slow-motion cringe of The Office.
You love short, impactful writing. Compressing a big idea into 4 lines feels like a fun challenge. You’re curious about how people work. Why meetings derail. Why Slack threads explode. Why miscommunication happens. You’re collaborative, low ego. We iterate. A lot. You’re cool with improving things together. 4. Nice-to-Have Experience (NOT Required — You’ll Learn This Here) These are bonuses, not barriers: * Understanding how tech teams work (standups, sprints, alignment) * Thinking about behavior change * UX writing or microcopy * EdTech or training content
If you don’t have them yet — you’ll grow these skills with us. 5. What It’s Like Working With Us * Creative, friendly, supportive * High ownership * Quick iteration, no drama * A global pop-culture-informed tone * A product where writing is the core, not an afterthought
We’re building something people remember—and you’ll shape the voice of it. 6. How to Apply Send us: * A portfolio or writing samples Short-form beats long-form. (Scripts, chat scenarios, witty texts, or even your sharpest group-chat messages.) * A few lines about why this role fits you * Optional: anything showing humour, empathy, or observational insight
No formal cover letter. No bureaucracy. 7. Final Note If you read this and felt: “That’s literally me,” then please reach out.
If you thought: “I prefer writing long essays,” this role will frustrate you.
We’re looking for someone who loves clarity, humour, behaviour, and storytelling — and wants to help reinvent how modern teams learn.
Let’s build something unforgettable together.
